Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin‑Japanese Telesales Manager to lead sales efforts targeting local and international clients. On‑site work in Bataan requires fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and English, with a background in manufacturing or injection molding preferred.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, establishing client relationships, and coordinating with local management to deliver competitive quotes and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base in manufacturing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and international Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and partners.
• Communicate, negotiate, and close deals with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers on product specs, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Promote plastic injection molding products and capabilities to potential customers.
• Coordinate between clients and local management to ensure smooth communication and business operations.
