J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Assistant Analyst to expand its manufacturing client base. The role targets Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers and requires coordination with local management on pricing, delivery, and contracts.

On-site in Bataan, dayshift (8am-5pm). Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience; previous sales management exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and Japanese language proficiency required.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, especially Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Sales Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a big plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.
