Role Description

The Mandarin Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Tomas. This position is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Mandarin language lessons, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities tailored to the needs of our clients. The instructor prepares lesson plans and teaching materials, assesses learner progress through exams and assignments, and provides constructive feedback to help learners improve.

Qualifications

• Strong Mandarin language proficiency, with the ability to teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing to diverse learners.


• Demonstrated teaching or training experience, preferably in language instruction or technical-vocational education settings.


• Effective classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation skills focused on learner outcomes.


• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in both Mandarin and English as needed.


• Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools that support language learning is an advantage.
