Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a bilingual Mandarin interpreter for an on-site role in Cavite. The candidate will translate documents and provide consecutive interpretation during meetings to ensure clear communication between Mandarin and English/Filipino speakers.

A college graduate with 3–5 years of experience, strong language skills, and a clean work history is required. Work days are Monday to Saturday at Naic, Cavite; female candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mandarin interpreter required.
• Mandarin-Chinese proficiency in verbal and written form.
• Preferably Female
• College graduate (any 4-year course).
• Clean conduct and good character from previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa.

• Translate documents: Convert business files, emails, reports, and manuals from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa.
• Oral interpretation: Act as a translator during business meetings, briefings, and daily operational discussions.
• Bridge communication: Assist management and local staff to ensure smooth daily office workflows.
• Administrative support: Handle basic office coordination tasks using bilingual language skills.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Experience: Must have prior experience working as a Mandarin interpreter (REQUIRED).
• Language Skills: Proficient to fluent in Mandarin-Chinese (verbal and written).
• Preferably Female
• Education: College Graduate (any 4-year course).
• Background: With good moral character and a proven clean history from previous employers (CRITICAL).
