Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Cebu City to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. You will partner with operations, sales, and HR to drive efficiencies and provide strategic insights to management.

The role requires 5-10 years in corporate finance with 2-5 years in FP&A or financial leadership, a finance degree (MBA/CPA preferred), and strong Excel/ERP skills. Work schedule is Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years corporate finance experience.
• 2–5 years FP&A or financial leadership experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and planning tools.
• Strong communication, business partnering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end annual planning cycle, regular reforecasts, and long-range strategic financial plans.

• Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and upgrade complex financial, scenario, and DCF/ROI models to evaluate business cases and investments.

• Variance & Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), compare actual results against budgets/forecasts, and isolate underlying variance drivers.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional department heads (operations, sales, HR) to monitor spending, manage headcount, and uncover operational efficiencies.

• Leadership & Reporting: Manage, mentor, and review work from FP&A analysts, while packaging financial insights into executive decks for the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).

• 5-10 years of corporate finance experience

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial leadership.
