Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methods, and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-team communication skills.
• Willing to work night shift in Rosario, Cavite.
• Adherence to safety protocols and quality requirements.

Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations during your assigned shift.
