Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Manager, Procurement GBS Analytics to lead the design and delivery of procurement analytics and reports. The role involves partnering with business teams to define reporting needs, implementing standard tooling, and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs across the Source to Requisition process.

You will drive analytics improvements, support price forecasting, and promote automation and AI to streamline workflows within a hybrid setup in Quezon City/Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the design and creation of Procurement reports based on business needs.
• Build a comprehensive, reliable and timely Procurement Bowler report.
• Support commodity teams in market analytics and price forecasting.
• Work with systems team on implementing standard tools for metrics reporting (Oracle, Sigma).
• Ensure Source to Requisition GBS Analytics team delivers quality reports and analytics output to stakeholders; meet turnaround times.
• Drive CBS implementation and identify process improvements in analytics/metrics reporting.
• Identify and drive technology improvements including automation and AI to simplify manual work.
