Job summary

Freudenberg Group in the Philippines is looking for a Manager, Plant, HSE, Operations to oversee health, safety and environmental operations. You will conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and coordinate safety audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Chemical or Engineering degree alongside a Master's in Labor Risk Prevention, and experience in managing health surveillance of workers. Strong leadership and training skills in HSE are essential for this role.

He/she is responsible for carrying out the planning of the preventive activity incoordination with external service.Management of health surveillance of workers. Coordinating preventive activity with the subcontracting companies.Coordinating internal/external HSE safety audits on a monthly basis.Communicating and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions derivedfrom audits. Responsible for elaboration of procedures, instructions and formats within HSE.Managing and coordinating Occupational Safety and Health Committee fromwhich he is part Directing, coordinating and imparting HSE training to all employees.
