Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in the Philippines seeks a focused Sales strategist for Group, Alliances and International business. The role drives profitability models, tracks product-wise, zone-wise, channel-wise, and employee-wise performance to support informed decision making.

You will lead productivity initiatives across zones and employees, prepare business plans and targets, manage monthly projections, and oversee digitization of processes.

Responsibilities

• Profitability - Build profitability models to track department’s product-wise (group term and group funds), zone-wise, channel-wise and employee-wise profitability.
• Productivity - Employee, channel-wise productivity tracking and improvement discussions with ZMs, KPI formulation for ZM, SH, RM and central team members, Preparing business plans, targets for zones and employees. Monthly projections, manpower management
• Preparations for strategy presentations
• Project management - Manage department level projects and initiatives, Digitization of processes and improvements
• Others – Department level assessments, Digital Personal Data Protection Act assessment and implementation, Manage RnR activities, handling department level admin activities
