IQ-EQ is seeking an Assistant Manager in Asset Owner Solutions. You will act as the team’s technical expert, review complex fund accounting outputs, and ensure accuracy and compliance. You will mentor staff, manage work rhythms, and ensure client SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes technical accounting leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, incl. 4 years in fund accounting, performance and analytics, financial reporting, or audit.
• Strong expertise in technical accounting with a proven SME track record driving improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks and their application.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, able to work under pressure and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform final reviews and sign-off on fund accounting reports, calculations, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and support the team in resolving complex accounting issues, providing technical guidance and driving process improvements.

THIS ROLE

As an Assistant Manager within Asset Owner Solutions, you will act as the team’s technical expert and final review authority for complex fund accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service to sophisticated client portfolios. You will lead the review and sign-off of fund accounting outputs, drive technical excellence and process improvements, and provide authoritative guidance on advanced accounting matters. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, oversight of data integrity, and leadership in managing team performance, while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and client-specific requirements.

What You Will Do

Qualifications
