Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Statutory and Regulatory Reporting)
The MTS Philippines Accounting Team is a key part of the MTS Controllership organization, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and accounting operations for the Philippines entity, including core functions such as accounts payable, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and period-end close, while supporting statutory audits, tax and regulatory compliance, and management reporting, and partnering closely with global and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold financial integrity in a complex and highly regulated remittance environment.
This role requires a highly motivated team-player who works collaboratively across finance and Operations and Technology teams to accelerate the implementation of the abovementioned processes and controls.
