Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Manager – Finance to lead end‑to‑end plant finance, budgeting and costing. You will partner with Plant Head and Operations to provide timely financial insights and drive cost optimization across procurement, production and accounting functions.

You will oversee month‑end close, variance analysis, capex control and statutory compliance, while developing the finance team and ensuring robust internal controls in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 7–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automotive, auto components, or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, plant finance, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO/CO and MS Excel preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory, CAPEX, working capital and financial controls.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Candidates with exposure to automotive OEM/Tier‑1/Tier‑2 environments will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing end-to-end plant finance and accounting activities, including financial planning, budgeting, product costing, MIS, inventory management, working capital and statutory compliance.

The role will serve as a key Finance Business Partner to the Plant Head and Operations leadership, providing timely financial insights, variance analysis and commercial recommendations to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency and enhance plant profitability.

The incumbent will work closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality and Operations teams to monitor manufacturing costs, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, strengthen financial controls and ensure effective utilization of organizational resources.

Roles & Responsibilities:
