Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Lead financial reporting, reconciliations, and revenue assurance activities.
• Manage Philippine statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Support Australian entity accounting, reporting, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management frameworks.
• Build management reporting and partner with business leaders on financial insights.
• Lead and develop the Manila finance team as it grows.
