We're looking for a Regional Hardlines & Licensed Toys Manager, based in Mexico City, to lead the commercial strategy and growth of the Hardlines and Licensed Toys categories across Mexico and Brazil, while providing strategic direction to our Licensing Agency supporting ROLA.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional category strategy, strengthening strategic licensing partnerships.
Our CP manager will be Identifying new growth opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and accelerating franchise expansion across new categories, retail platforms, and commercial initiatives.
Defines the commercial priorities and strategic direction of the regional Licensing Agency for ROLA, ensuring execution is fully aligned with LATAM priorities and Global Consumer Products strategy.
Acts as the LATAM Global Ambassador within the Global Hardlines Team: this leader will represent regional business priorities, market insights, and growth opportunities while helping shape global category strategy and driving the implementation of global initiatives across the region.
The position will have a global scope, by reporting directly to the Regional Licensing Director, this position will lead a regional team across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, partnering closely with Franchise, Retail Development, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Development, and Brand Compliance to accelerate sustainable Consumer Products growth throughout LATAM.
