Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager Business Process to lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of regional commercial processes. • Map, review, and analyze existing processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Identify regional pain points and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and meet business goals.
• Develop and deliver process-related training and communications for regional teams.
• Support audit readiness and address findings from finance and internal audits.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and governance.
