Job Description

The position is responsible for managing Digital Training, Learning Engagement Support and Training Analytics Support of the Agency Distribution Channel. Able to work with different stakeholders to launch and maintain new digital tools and applications available in the market, organize learning events to support company/sales goals and provide data analysis report valuable to the stakeholders.

• Leads the team in the overall function to support Agency Learning & Development and Distribution Team related to digital training tools, events and assemblies, data analysis, and administrative and logistics.
• Responsible for handling the Digital Learning Academy, digital tools/applications, and non-conventional training interventions to support all agency segments. Research on various tools and software for stakeholder’s ease of doing business.
• Supervises the generation of high-level reports and provide recommendations based on agreed metrics, scorecards, standards and procedures.
• Leads the team in planning, organizing, and implementing learning events.
