Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Engineering graduate to supervise production in Laguna-Cabuyao. You will oversee daily targets, ensure quality per ISO/GMP, and lead process-improvement initiatives while managing staff and safety compliance.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Managing daily production targets, monitoring machine downtime, and ensuring the manufacturing process meets customer requirements.

• Process Improvement: Leading "Lean Manufacturing" or "Continuous Improvement" projects to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

• Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks, verifying product specifications, and ensuring compliance with ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• People Management: Supervising production staff, coordinating shift schedules, and assisting with the training and development of new hires.

• Health & Safety: Enforcing strict safety protocols and environmental policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any Engineering Course, BS Customs Administration; preferably licensed.
