Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Industry Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Key Qualities: Highly analytical and innovative, knowledgeable in Productivity Improvement Tools, Problem-Solving Skills. People Management Skills.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
What you’ll do
Planning
- Ensure manpower allocation are utilized to meet production requirements and operational goals.
- Communicate key information to stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operation and coordination across departments.
- Lead, motivate, and train manpower to achieve quality performance and deliver production requirements.
Organizing
- Oversee, assess, and adjust manpower and resource allocation to meet operational requirements and maintain smooth production processes.
Controlling
- Conduct motion and time studies to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor daily operations to identify deviations, and promptly address issues to maintain consistent product quality and efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurring problems and maintain operational performance.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and customer specifications are consistently met.
- Responsible for upholding food safety standards all the time.
