As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across multiple departments and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's end to-end business operations. Upon successful completion of the program and assessment, qualified trainees will be considered for a permanent management position based on business requirements and individual performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Rotational Business Exposure

• Participate in the 3–6 month rotational program across multiple departments.
• Gain practical knowledge of different business functions, processes, and operational workflows.
• Develop an understanding of the company's end-to-end business operations and how different departments work together.
• Actively participate in departmental activities, meetings, and operational initiatives during each rotation.

2. Business Performance & Reporting

• Monitor and track assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for management review.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.
• Participate in process reviews and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the results and effectiveness of assigned improvement projects.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and projects.
