Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE to develop leadership, customer service, product knowledge, and education across store operations.

The program covers operations, administration, sales, inventory, and personnel management while fostering safe work practices and adherence to house rules. You will assist managers in planning daily operations, monitor performance, prepare reports, and contribute to a total quality experience for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Previous work experience or internship in operations is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured management training program covering operations, administration, customer service, sales, inventory, and personnel management.
• Assist managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Support the implementation of company procedures, standards, and operational programs.
• Assist in preparing reports, records, and other administrative documents.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other company resources as assigned.
• Help identify operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and employee relations.

We are looking for aMANAGEMENT TRAINEE who creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge, and education, encouraging safe work practices, and demonstrating a commitment to our guiding principles and house rules.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Participate in a structured management training program covering operations, administration, customer service, sales, inventory, and personnel management.
• Assist managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Support the implementation of company procedures, standards, and operational programs.
• Assist in preparing reports, records, and other administrative documents.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other company resources as assigned.

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company activities.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Previous work experience, internship, or exposure to operations is an advantage.
• Responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of a BreadTalk store.
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent, fast, efficient, and friendly service, ensuring a total quality experience for both our customers and team members.

• Amenable to working overtime, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
