Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Crew who can deliver warm, efficient service and create a positive dining experience for every guest. You will greet customers, assist with orders, maintain cleanliness, and support team members during peak hours.

Ideal candidates are flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, and can stand for long periods. No prior experience required; immediate start is welcome. Training will be provided to ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have basic education as listed or higher.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and surrounding areas.

• Set tables and clear trays promptly.

• Follow all service procedures and standards set by the company.

• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head.

• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!

• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
