We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Management Trainee to join our retail team. This entry-level management program is designed to develop future Store Managers by providing hands‑on training in all aspects of clothing retail operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
Learn and assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Support sales goals by assisting customers with styling, product selection, and promotions
Learn visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets and displays
Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
Observe and support staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Analyze sales reports and learn strategies to improve store performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Hands‑on mentorship from experienced retail managers
Cross‑training in sales, operations, and leadership
Progressive responsibility leading toward Assistant Manager or Store Manager roles
Ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Merchandising, Entrepreneurship, or similar (preferred)
At least 1-2 years previous managerial experience preferred (fashion retail a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential with a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule (Opening, Midshift, or Closing)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Able to collaborate for a team and individual career growth
