Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Merchandising, Entrepreneurship, or similar (preferred).
• 1-2 years managerial experience preferable (fashion retail a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule (Opening, Midshift, or Closing).
