JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets.
• Assist in the development of business plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives of the organization.
• Perform market, competitor, and industry analysis to support business and management decisions.
• Evaluate the financial and operational impact of proposed projects, programs, or investments.
• Engage with cross-functional projects and provide analytical support to stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and interpret data from various systems and sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reports and analysis.
• Create financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational challenges and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between management and operational teams to support initiatives and reporting requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferable related to Business Analysis and Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
• At least two (2) years experience in analytics role.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, forecasting, and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
