Job summary

Epiroc Philippines Inc. invites applications for a Junior Analyst to support intercompany finance processes across multiple ERP systems.

You will process intercompany transactions, ensure documentation, and collaborate with global teams to maintain accuracy and audit readiness. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process intercompany transactions on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple ERP systems.
• Adhere to standardized workflows and compliance requirements and ensure documentation is complete.
• Identify discrepancies or unusual entries and escalate promptly to Intercompany Team Leader or Specialists.
• Collaborate with Intercompany Specialists, Team Leader, and stakeholders to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation for each transaction to support traceability and audit readiness.
• Support month-end closing activities with timely handling of assigned tasks.

As a Junior Analyst you will assist in the delivery of quality Finance Intercompany services to the entities in scope in line with agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way

The responsibilities of this position will be:

• Ensure Accurate Processing: Accurately process intercompany transactions on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sides across multiple ERP systems, following clearly documented procedures.
• Follow Process and Compliance Guidelines: Adhere to standardized workflows and compliance requirements. Ensure all required documentation is complete and raise any missing or unclear inputs to the relevant contact points.
• Support Issue Escalation: Identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual entries in transactions and elevate them promptly to the Intercompany Team Leader or Specialists.
• Collaborate with Global Teams: Maintain smooth coordination with Intercompany Specialists, Team Leader, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain Documentation Discipline: Ensure proper documentation is available for each transaction to support traceability and audit readiness.
• Contribute to Operational Stability: Maintain a reliable and steady pace of processing and support month-end closing activities through timely handling of assigned tasks.

Education & Experience Prerequisites

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment and work in cross-functional teams
• Good command of the English language
• Computer literacy (user knowledge of excel, etc.)
• Accounting experience (2-3 years practice) preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome
