Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery including proper implementation of maintenance programs to reduce the incidence of costly breakdown and designs programs that would further prolong and improve reliability of all facilities and equipment at the mall.

Job Key Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• Required skills: Project Management, experience in Maintenance Planning and Supervision, Electrical, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
• With 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
