Robinsons Land Corporation seeks a Mall Engineer to ensure mall systems—AC, electrical, water facilities, sewage treatment, ventilation, kitchen exhaust, and generator sets—are maintained and operated efficiently. The role requires a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, with fresh graduates welcome and a preference for candidates with 3+ years in facilities management.

Residency in Ilocos or willingness to relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

• Candidate must reside in Ilocos or be willing to be assigned there.

About the role

The Mall Engineer ensures that the mall equipment and facilities (e.g. AC equipment, electrical facilities, water facilities, sewage treatment plant, ventilating equipment, kitchen exhaust equipment, and generators) are in good operating condition and operate at maximum efficiency.

About you

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have at least three (3) years of work experience in building/facilities management and operations will have advantage
• Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Ilocos.
