DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Calapan area to oversee building maintenance programs and ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-support systems operate efficiently.
The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating tenant renovations, and liaising with management for compliance and reporting. The position requires a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, a professional license, and at least one year of
Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance
Perform maintenance (Preventive and Reactive) and repairs to the mechanical, pumbing, structural, electrical, civil and life support equipments
Supervise, assess and evaluate performance of multi-skilled technicians (MST) periodically or as needed and give recommendation to the Area Manager and Technical Services Head
Monitor tenant’s fit-out and tenant renovation works and ensure that all design and construction guidelines are strictly followed. Provide renovation status reports to the Area Manager
Ensure all Purchase Requisition and other request is closely monitored and with consistent follow-ups. To provide update and status to Area Manager
Expeditiously response to tenants and customer calls, give assessment and recommendations to any concerns, and to update the Area Manager for proper course of actions
Oversee, supervise and facilitate activities for third party contractors for any repairs needed in the building
To ensure that all needed reports required by the management and/or Technical Services Head is strictly complied and submitted on time
Assist the Area Manager in coordinating, securing renewals of permits and licenses as required by LGU and other Government Agencies
To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager and Technical Services Head
May be assigned as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in lieu of the Area Manager.
Ensure compliance with the requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent rules and regulations. Monitor compliance to the requirements specifies in the Environmental Compliance Certificate
Prepare and submit timely of the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) and quarterly Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required by the DENR/LLDA
Ensure that the building effluent or wastewater adhere to the passing parameters set by the DENR/LLDA
Ensure that the building sewage treatment plant equipment and others are in a top condition. Monitor and ensure that the process for effluent process is strictly followed
Ensure that all equipment’s of the Sewage Treatment Plant are in excellent working condition which undergoes regular Preventive Maintenance.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
Professional License is required
At least one year of work experience
Relevant work experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred
Preferably has worked in a building property or mall
Preferably with background in HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and other related equipment
