Job summary

RMRoque Group of Companies Inc is seeking a Building Admin Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, safety, and administrative management of mall building facilities. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems to ensure safe, efficient performance for tenants and customers.

The role requires knowledge of building codes and ability to read technical drawings, with 1–2 years of experience and an engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred).
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
• Strong report writing, budget monitoring and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and safety of building systems and facilities.
• Ensure compliant, efficient operation of all engineering systems.
• Schedule maintenance activities and address tenant concerns and requests.
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and control costs.

Job description:

The Building Admin Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, safety, and administrative management of all building systems and facilities within a mall building. This role ensures that the mall's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and other engineering systems operate efficiently while complying with regulatory requirements and supporting a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or CivilEngineering, with license is an advantage)


• With At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field


• Certificate in Safety trainings are an advantage


• Must have knowledge in Autocad and Sketchup


• Knowledgeable of building system (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection)


• Knowledgeable of safety standards and building codes


• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings


• Strong in report preparation, budget monitoring and cost control


• Can handle scheduling maintenance activities and tenant concerns and requests


• Diligent and capable of working independently


• Organized, systematic and attentive to details


• Excellent work ethics, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
