Job summary

RMRoque Group of Companies Inc in Quezon City is seeking a Building Admin Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, safety and administrative management of mall building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil), 1–2 years’ experience, and skills in reading plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Certificate in safety trainings is an advantage
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Strong report preparation, budget monitoring and cost control
• Independent work and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, safety and admin tasks for mall building systems.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection operate efficiently and comply with codes.
• Read and interpret plans and drawings; prepare reports and monitor budgets.
• Schedule maintenance activities and manage tenant concerns.

The Building Admin Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, safety, and administrative management of all building systems and facilities within a mall building. This role ensures that the mall's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and other engineering systems operate efficiently while complying with regulatory requirements and supporting a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or CivilEngineering, with license is an advantage)


• With At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field


• Certificate in Safety trainings are an advantage


• Must have knowledge in Autocad and Sketchup


• Knowledgeable of building system (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection)


• Knowledgeable of safety standards and building codes


• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings


• Strong in report preparation, budget monitoring and cost control


• Can handle scheduling maintenance activities and tenant concerns and requests


• Diligent and capable of working independently


• Organized, systematic and attentive to details


• Excellent work ethics, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
