Job summary

TTEC in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. You will help customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them to the right solution with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Open to applicants with a Senior High School diploma or some college, and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Strong computer skills and clear communication are important as you work at our Laguna site.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum.
• Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience is expected.
