Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.

You will inspect installations, assist with equipment installation/modification, review work orders, and support energy management to keep systems running reliably.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
