Job summary

INDORAMA VENTURES PACKAGING (PHILIPPINES) CORPORATION seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Davao del Sur to oversee the plant's electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair activities. You will coordinate with the Injection production line and ensure all work aligns with IVPPC standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred), and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with equipment such as injection, CMM, water chiller, pumps, air compressor, cooling tower.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and plant facilities.
• Attend to and oversee maintenance during emergencies.
• Coordinate with Production Department (Injection) on mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Ensure all works comply with IVPPC standards by in-house and outside contractors.
• Conduct weekly safety and maintenance meetings and discuss department objectives.
• Establish/comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC, Waste Management, OSHAS, and Energy Management policies and SOPs.
