Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Staff to keep laboratory and facility areas clean, safe, and in good condition, performing routine housekeeping and basic maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

The role includes equipment servicing, waste management, reporting facility concerns to the supervisor, and performing other duties as assigned. Location is Cubao, Quezon City, with a monthly salary range of Php 16,000–17,000.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or facility support.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning cleaning, and general facility maintenance.
• Physically fit for routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Willing to perform other maintenance and general support duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of laboratory and facility areas.

Role Overview

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
