Job summary

Mediacast Digital Group Inc. in the Philippines is looking for a hands-on Inventory & Repairs Associate to support our demo and event products. You will help with stock checks, setup demo stations, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure items are safe and ready for customers.

You will also test repaired units, report recurring problems to supervisors, and coordinate return shipments with suppliers, contributing to smoother operations and reduced downtime.

Qualifications

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent; vocational or college undergrad also acceptable.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Repair, maintenance and inventory handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: assist in inventory checks and keep demo/event products stocked, clean, and functional.
• Setup and maintenance: set up demo stations and maintain them throughout the day.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis: identify issues and diagnose root causes of malfunctions.
• Repairs and maintenance: perform repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore working condition.
• Quality assurance: test demo units and repaired products for functionality and safety.
• Reporting equipment issues: communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors.
• Organizing return shipments: arrange logistics for returning items to suppliers and track shipments.
• Continuous improvement: suggest improvements for repair processes to reduce damage and downtime.

• Stock Management: Assisting in inventory checks, ensuring demo and event use products are well-stocked, clean, and functional.
• Setup & Maintenance: Setting up demo stations or displays and maintaining them throughout the day for optimal presentation.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identifying issues with products or equipment and diagnosing the root cause of malfunctions.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Performing repairs, replacements, or adjustments on faulty products to restore them to working condition.
• Quality Assurance: Testing demo units and repaired products to ensure functionality and safety before returning them to customers or inventory.
• Reporting Equipment Issues: Communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors for further action.
• Organizing Return Shipments: Arrange logistics for returning items to suppliers, including packing, labeling, and shipping. Track return shipments and confirm receipt by suppliers.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for repair processes or equipment handling to reduce damage and downtime.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate, Vocational Course graduate or College undergraduate
• With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
• Prior experience in repair or maintenance and inventory handling roles required or strongly preferred
