Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager for our bus fleet maintenance operations. This on-site role requires 5-10 years in automotive fleet maintenance and strong leadership, customer service, and technical skills.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable vehicle uptime across Luzon, with focus on efficiency and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related program.
• With at least 5 years of progressive experience in technical service management in automotive, fleet maintenance or transportation industry.
• Strong customer service, people management and technical skills.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance covering diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Amenable to conduct shop visits within Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and developing the maintenance team.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall reliability of the company’s bus fleet to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Manage maintenance teams and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to Philippine transportation regulations, and minimizing vehicle downtime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and supervise troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs and overhauls.
• Implement preventive maintenance program and recommend best practices.
• Monitor proper usage of parts and other maintenance supplies
• Ensure the safety of maintenance team, reducing accidents and loss of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and incident logs.
