Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks a Maintenance Planning Engineer to generate routine and major maintenance plans across coal power plants, ensuring spare parts standards and cost-effective budgeting.

You will lead scheduling, monitor plan execution, analyze KPIs like MTBF/MTTR, and coordinate with operations to improve reliability while upholding ISO-aligned quality and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required.
• PRC license (Professional Regulatory Commission) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Coal Power Plants or similar.
• Experience with CMMS/Maximo for asset management and work orders.
• Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Generate routine and major maintenance plans and budgets.
• Monitor plan execution and report on schedule compliance and KPIs.
• Provide SME guidance on IBM Maximo and asset data integrity.
• Lead scheduling and resource planning for maintenance activities.
