Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in our Valenzuela City facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across production, quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance, supply chain, cost management, and people development. The Plant Manager will lead a high-performing team, ensure the achievement of business and customer objectives, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational efficiency.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Food Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Extensive experience in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in driving operational performance, cost control, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Experience managing budgets, production planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in managing utilities and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
