Veranda at Bellarosa Gardens OPC seeks a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Cavite, Silang. You will support routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of facilities and equipment to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include basic repair tasks, safe handling of tools, and reporting issues to the Maintenance Team, with opportunities to assist across the property as needed.

Responsabilidades

Assist the Maintenance Team in routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of facilities and equipment
Perform basic repair, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as instructed
Drive the golf cart within the property to assist and accommodate guests as needed
Assist in transporting tools, materials, and equipment around the property
Report maintenance concerns, damages, or equipment issues to the Maintenance Team
Perform other related tasks as assigned
