Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. is seeking an EMD Technician to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to keep plant operations efficient and downtime minimal.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years in manufacturing maintenance. GMP/HACCP training is a plus, with on-site work in Davao and adherence to cGMP/SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of engineering and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• GMP and HACCP training/certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, sanitation standards, and production operations.
• Willing to work in Davao (Full On-site)

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, major repairs, and overhauls of production machinery with guidance from the supervisor.
• Conducts regular inspection of plant equipment to monitor performance and identify issues.
• Ensures availability of equipment for production and recommends outsourcing when necessary.
• Executes daily assigned tasks and submits accurate work status reports and recommendations.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures proper shutdown of equipment at the end of each shift.
• Trains team members and supports certification of new employees on machine operations.
• Ensures strict compliance with cGMP, HACCP, and standard operating procedures.
