Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a skilled Boiler Technician to join our Clark-based operations. Training will be conducted at Ayala Alabang before transitioning to the Clark site. You will maintain boilers, perform inspections and repairs, prepare estimates, and operate maintenance vehicles.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a Safety Officer license (BOSH or COSH level 2+). You will load/deliver chemicals and visit job sites for water sampling, with training lasting 1–3 months.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• License of Safety Officer (BOSH or COSH level 2 or higher).
• Experience in machine maintenance.
• Piping construction experience is a plus.
• Must be able to commute daily to Clark.

(During the Training): Unit 901, 9F Alabang Business Tower, Acacia Avenue, Madrigal Business Park, Phase 1, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa city

(After the Training): @ Clark site around the Freeport Zone

• Must have a valid driver's license and a License of Safety Officer (BOSH or COSH level 2 or higher)

• Can commute to the office every day

Requirements

Currently residing in the Clark area and able to work in Clark.

Must be willing to report to the Alabang office initially for training and onboarding before commencing work in Clark.

Additional Information

Training Period: Approximately 1 to 3 months (subject to change depending on circumstances).

Support During Training Period

• No company-provided housing.
• A lodging allowance of PHP 4,000 will be provided.
• Salary and benefits remain the same before and after the training period.
• For candidates who already reside near the Clark area and commute from their home after returning to Clark, a transportation allowance will be provided instead of the lodging allowance.

Work Location

• Around the CLARK Freeport Zone, within the industrial park area.

Leave entitlement (SL and VL) will be determined on a pro-rata basis based on the number of months you have worked after completion of the probationary period and up to the end of the year. The first year is pro-rata from twelve (12) days of vacation leave and ten (10) days of sick leave per year.

A lodging allowance will be provided.
