Job summary

ICCP Group is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the maintenance of various systems, including water systems, vehicles, and building facilities. The successful applicant will handle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for drainage and wastewater treatment systems as well as upkeep for common areas.

The role requires a vocational degree in relevant fields, hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical work, and a valid driver's license for operating vehicles.

Qualifications

• Any vocational courses degree such as Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or equivalent.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical and fabrication works.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive two (2) and four (4) wheel vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of water systems, CWTP, gensets, vehicles, and green areas.
• Troubleshoot and maintain drainage systems and wastewater treatment plants.
• Maintain building facilities and common areas.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sewer system.

Job description

The successful candidate will ensure proper maintenance of water system, CWTP, gensets, vehicles, roads and green areas, tools & equipment. He will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of drainage system, wastewater treatment plant, upkeep of building facilities, and common areas. He will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the sewer system.

The ideal candidate should have:

• any vocational courses degree such as but not limited to Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or equivalent;
• knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical and fabrication works;
• experience in repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment; and
• a valid driver’s license and can drive two (2) and four (4) wheel vehicle.
