Job summary

Autoliv Philippines seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to supervise day-to-day equipment operations and maintenance, including tool changes, initial machine condition checks, and pre-production tests.

You will maintain asset integrity, alert superiors to equipment anomalies, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare technical reports. You may lead small projects to optimize systems and implement ISO/TS documentation. Join a global leader in automotive safety.

Qualifications

Job description

Supervise the day-to-day equipment operations and maintenance (such as; changing of tooling, conduct initial machine condition parameters, and perform pre-production test). Maintain the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Senior Engineer or Manager. Alerts the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. Execute all preventive maintenance activities and prepares technical reports (Machine report, EBRR, etc.) as assigned. Implements projects such as system optimization, improvements and POKAYOKE Perform equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting and calibration as assigned or in areas beyond the technician’s capability. Solves problems related to equipment’s which may involve major decision making with the guidance of a manager or colleague from another group or department. Gathers equipment specifications and updating of machine parameters, electrical, mechanical diagram/ layout Take charge of the ISO/TS documentations and standard implementation
