Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Calamba, Philippines to lead machine improvements under Total Productive Maintenance pillars, optimize spare parts and life cycle costs, and reduce utility consumption. The role requires a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma and cross-functional collaboration.

You will ensure safety and environmental compliance, manage preventive maintenance programs, and supervise a multi-person team while liaising with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field such as ECE, EE, CoE, ME or IE.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing procurement and supply chain management.
• Extensive Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen experience.
• Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Understanding Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Experience leading Cost Reduction Programs (CRP).
• Proven supervisory experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to interact with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance engineering to implement machine improvements under TPM Pillar 3, Spare Parts, and Life Cycle cost.
• Reduce utility costs such as electricity and CDA usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations in all maintenance work.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, and operating supplies; coach for structured problem solving.

Job Description

• Critical position to perform Maintenance Engineering tasks implementing Machine improvements focusing on Total Productive Maintenance systems Pillar 3, Spare Parts, Machine Life Cycle and cost improvements on equipment and to prolong and sustain current machines.
• Cost reduction on utility requirement like electricity and CDA consumption (Variable and Fix cost improvement).
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance work.
• Maintenance responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts Inventory, and operating supplies. Coach for Structured Problem Solving to prevent re-occurrence of machine issues.

Qualifications

• Relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree preferred (ECE, EE, CoE, ME, IE)
• Experience on Managing Profit and Loss responsibilities for Manufacturing
• In depth understanding on manufacturing procurement/Supply Chain Management
• Extensive proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology approach
• Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 9001,ISO 14001 standard
• Understanding on Advanced Product Quality Planning
• Experience in managing Cost Reduction Program (CRP)
• Extensive plant level experience with proven supervisory skills in handling Multi Disciplinary team
• Manage 10 employees over a period of 5 years and up
• Can interact effectively and collaborate with international audience with intercultural differences.
