Job summary

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules
• Perform general facility upkeep including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and flooring
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Communicate effectively with management and co-workers
• Lift heavy equipment and work in various physical positions as required
