• COBOL : COBOL development experience (COBOL 85/COBOL II or higher) CICS
• : Strong experience with CICS transaction processing, BMS maps, and online program development DB2 : Advanced DB2 SQL programming, stored procedures, cursors, and performance tuning
• JCL : Proficient in writing and debugging Job Control Language VSAM
• : Experience with VSAM file organization (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS) Additional Technical Skills Message Queue (MQ)
• : Experience with IBM MQ or equivalent messaging middleware Job Schedulers : Experience with Control-M
• File Transfer : FTP, SFTP, and batch file processing Utilities
