Advanced Energy is seeking a Product Engineer to lead the design and development of magnetic components and cable assemblies for power supplies. You will manage the full product lifecycle from design and testing to production while collaborating with suppliers to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will work onsite at Rosario, Cavite / Eastwood, Quezon City and drive end‑to‑end design, analysis, testing, and qualification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in magnetics and cable assembly manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PSU architectures and power electronics.

Responsabilités

• Lead magnetic and cable design collaboration to meet customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end design, analysis, and qualification of magnetics and cable assemblies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and design robustness (UL/IEC, insulation, creepage/clearance, HiPot).
• Drive supplier and manufacturing readiness for new parts and production support.
• Provide global technical leadership and issue resolution across design sites.
