JGC Philippines, Inc. seeks skilled maintenance technicians with hands-on experience in machine shop practices in Palawan. Must read blueprints, operate lathes, mills, drills, and perform precise alignments and balancing to maintain equipment integrity.

Assignment in Palawan; maintain safety and company standards while carrying out overhauls of pumps, gear boxes, bearing modules and valves, plus thermal spray and grinding work as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Vocational or Trade School Machine Shop practices or equivalent.
• Experience operating machines (lathe, milling, rolling bending, drill press, slotter, refacing, hydraulic press, test bench).
• Skilled in overhauling pumps, compressors, gear boxes, bearing modules and valves.
• Hands-on experience in thermal spray, metal build-up and grinding works.
• Experience performing shaft alignment using reverse dial and laser methods.
• Can perform static and dynamic balancing.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Description du poste

• Must be a graduate of Vocational or Trade School Machine Shop practices, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience.
• With experience in operating machines (such as Lathe, Milling, Rolling Bending, Drill press, Slotter, On-site Refacing, Hydraulic Press and Test Bench)
• Skilled in overhauling (Boiler Feed Pumps, O2, Air & H2S Compressors, H2S Chilling Unit, Autoclave Bearing Module and Mechanical Seal Assembly, Lightning Agitator Gear Boxes, GEHO Gear Boxes, On-site Bearing Replacement, Pop Testing, Lapping & Reconditioning of PSV’s, and Valve Reconditioning (PCV, Rotary, etc.))
• With hands-on experience in thermal spray, metal build-up, and grinding works.
• With experience in conducting shaft alignment using reverse dial and laser alignment methods.
• Can perform static and dynamic balancing.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and according to company standards.
• Knowledgeable in machining methods, processes, fit, and tolerances.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Willing to be assigned in Palawan
