Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist deploying models in production at scale.
• Experience deploying models as part of a (possibly stateful) microservice.
• Passion for optimizing core products or operations through AI/ML systems in production.
• Expert in Python's open source ML ecosystem; TensorFlow or PyTorch experience.
• Strong OO programming skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent ability to communicate progress, trade-offs, and results to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ML/DL algorithms and solutions for data processing and analysis per project.
• Collaborate with software engineering for integration and deployment; assist with programming if needed.
• Develop requirement documents and guide data collection/annotation for ML development.
• Maintain ML solutions as part of the software product and iterate to meet project targets.
