Overview

The maintenance crew / coffee refiller’s responsibilities include maintenance and cleaning the parts of machine. They are also responsible for inventory of bags and receiving deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on-site maintenance and uptime of vending machines
• Manage all aspects of the business including:
• Inventory of goods at the site
• Sales reports
• Documentation of endorsements and suggestions
• Summary of daily activity
• List accurate reports of daily issues
• Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Follow all company procedures
• Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization
• Talk to customers to get their insight about our products
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Be professional and responsible for attendance
• Report to the Team Lead the issues and concerns in his/her site at least thrice weekly
• Shifting schedule
