Job summary

KEI & WAH ENGINEERING PTE LTD in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Semiconductor Assembler to work on our assembly line. You will follow precise Work Instructions to assemble equipment, read drawings, and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires at least 3 years in semiconductor assembly, ability to interpret drawings, and a willingness to perform manual tasks. Mandarin is a plus; English proficiency is essential for daily communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level / Higher Nitec or equivalent required.
• Able to read, speak and write English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor assembly experience.
• Willing to do hands-on work and interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Able to follow safety and quality procedures on site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semiconductor equipment under Work Instructions.
• Follow on-site safety procedures and instructions.
• Position, align, and fasten parts into subassemblies or final products.
• Install cables, harnesses, and pneumatic/hydraulic lines.
